Cancellation Policy
!!!!!Please be aware Kxlla Smile has the price to deny services due to unhealthy teeth state.
(Ex: untreated cavities, bleeding gums , & open sores ) Our first priority is our clients health and safety. We will also suggest your see your primary dentist for the best results at KxllaSmile!!!!
Deposits ARE NON refundable!!
CANCELLATIONS: should be 24 before appointment.
RESCHEDULE with the same deposit allows 1 time within the same month.
LATE: 10/15 min grace period.
After 20 mins & no communication your service with be canceled & will have to rebook.
NO CALL NO SHOW will equal to being blocked from appointment and is $20 fee to book again.
Tooth gems last from 2months - 1 year depending on after care and clients overall dental habits . You have a 1 month warranty of free gem replacement if gems comes off. AFTER 1 month you must book a replacement.
